Heavy Metal Toxicity & Effective Chelators

Heavy metal is a serious threat to the health of your body and brain. With the rise of industrialization, heavy metal pollution of the air, water, and the food chain has become an increasing problem. Governments and Industrial bodies understand that toxic exposure to lead, cadmium, mercury, aluminum, copper among others cause serious disease. However, unregulated Industrial disposal, especially in developing countries is one of the biggest problems of the people living there. Even for the developed countries, a large quantities of toxic waste is disposed off in the ocean and or undisclosed places (chemtrails), forgetting the fact that earth itself is breathing and these toxins eventually come back to us in air, water, food etc.

According to some estimates we possess within our bodies about 650 times more lead than a century ago. The fact that even the slightest amounts of these heavy metals may cause abnormal physical and mental problems is now coming to the forefront. The bottom line is that environmental exposure is unavoidable and toxicity is one of the leading cause of illness.

Note: Those who've been exposed to heavy or prolonged heavy metals absorption usually have depressed immune systems, as well, as  an acidic internal environment. Highly susceptible individuals should do a yearly hair analysis to check their toxicity levels as a preventative measure.

Pesticides, Insecticides, Herbicides, Defoliants.

Cigarette smoke, Fertilizers, Water pipes, Soft drink dispensers, Coal burning, Refined foods, Contaminated drinking water, Galvanized pipes, Paints, Welding, Contaminated shellfish from industrialized seashores.

Dental fillings, Pesticides/ fungicides, Pollution, Fish, Adhesives, Fabric softeners, Drugs, Coal burning, Cosmetics, Water-based paints, Chemical fertilizers, White powdered laxatives.

Chlorophyll attaches to heavy metals and help to remove them from the body
-Chlorella (single-celled, micro-algae, richest source of chlorophyll)
-Spirulina (simple one-celled microscopic (fresh water blue-green algae, good source of chlorophyll)

Garlic contains sulphur which oxidizes mercury, cadmium and lead and makes them water-soluble.

Cilantro removes mercury, aluminum, lead and tin. (Cilantro and chlorella taken together only. Chlorella taken 30-60 minutes prior to cilantro will bind the neurotoxin in the bile with the chlorella and carry it out in the feces. Cilantro causes the liver to release the bile. Chlorella and cilantro needs to be taken 2 hours  away from Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), because ascorbic acid will cleave the heavy metals off the chlorella and cilantro rendering them ineffective as binding agents.)

IP6 (phytic acid acid found in fiber rich nuts, seesd and grains – can also be supplemented)

Essential Oil Geranium will chelate all but not nickle but best not to use if mercury in the body. Average dosage is one drop a day for a few months.

ALA – alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant naturally made by the body.  Ideally it is best to be supplemented but is also found in red meat and yeast (brewers and nutritional). Note: If there's any chance you are mercury toxic, DO NOT take alpha lipoic acid as this will cause mercury re-distribution.

Zeolites – Volcanic mineral that acts as an amazing chelating agent pulling out environmental toxins and pollutants in the body.

Bentonite clay is an effective detox for heavy metal. It can be ingested or used as a bath soak. This clay works through both adsorption and absorption

Activated Charcoal will chelate Aluminum, Arsenic, Cadmium, Chromium, Copper, Iron, Mercury, Manganese, Platinum, Tin, Thorium, Tungsten.   It will NOT for Beryllium, Cobalt, Nickel, Lead, Rubidium, Silver, Uranium.

PectaSol Chelation (Supplement made of Citrus Pectin, sea vegetables and other ingredients specifically for binding to and pulling out heavy metals)

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is a more stable form of the amino acid L-Cysteine that is a powerful anti-toxin that reduces free radical damage and helps protect the body against environmental toxins.

Acetic acid is a good chelator and is a natural substance found in fermented foods and drinks, i.e. sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, kvass, vinegar, etc.

Lactic acid is found in kefir, and yogurt.

"Good" fats, such as butter, lard, unrefined coconut oil, and all natural occurring fats found in animals, eggs, and seafoods, along with protein from the same sources.
